We frequently undertake site visits to ensure our clients are satisfied with the staff we have selected, whilst ensuring our candidates are adhering to health and safety regulations. More often than not, we grab our PPE and head out to our sites to catch up with our workers and clients. By doing so we ensure anything that needs to be addressed, discussed or looked at, can be, in a more approachable way.

Our recruitment process involves a thorough interview via zoom or phone call . After we conduct all relevant checks; you'll find these noted under health and safety checks. Once we have an understanding of the candidates background and skills we are able to place them in suitable roles. Our aim is a smooth transition for all parities involved.
